Walking distance to Sundance square was great
Terrace did not have view of downtown like it appeared in photos on website
My stay at the hotel was great and I would stay there again.
you exceeded my needs
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Booked a King Room and it was so small, we barley had room to get around the bed. The other rooms I booked for King Rooms were a good size, but not mine. Very disappointed. For the costs, a free breakfast should be included.
This hotel is close to several restaraunts. Convienient to get out for a date. Downtown was nice to walk around and beautiful at night. The amenities of downtown are the only positive thing about this hotel.
The room at this hotel was awful. Very tiny. Low budget looking room. Not at all like the picture online. They put us on the third floor and our view was the building/outside seating area. First thing you saw was a bunch of bird poop out our window where birds have been sitting in the outdoor seating area ledge. The curtains would not stay closed and lights flooded in the room. The sink was broke. Not a very good value for our money. Not very nice for the money spent. Parking said it was $15 online and hotel charged $25 to bill. Although it's convienient to downtown, we will not stay here again. There are several other hotels in the vicinity. This is the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.
When we finally had a clean room it was great.
Upon arrival, we were told that there were no more rooms with double beds and we would have a kind and a sleeper sofa: a small one. Didn't want to accept what they wanted to give us because I had reserved the room months in advance, we went to check out this awful mistake. The room was small to house a king and sleeper sofa. Once we opened the sleeper sofa, in the middle, it had a fairly fresh blood stain about the size of my fist. No sheets no pillows, no pillow cases, no liner or anything for the bed. Upon going back down stairs, they were going to send us to another room of the same demise. After much arguing and health concerns we were finally given what we had reserved.
Great location, and we also loved that we could charge food from neighboring restaurants to the room as their "room service"
had to ask many times for the rooms to be cleaned (2)
Hotel was great. In the center od downtown walking dis rd ancestors to anything you wanted to do.
The corner bakery at the corner of the hotel provides convenient alternative for the breakfast. The staff is very helpful.
Always enjoy the comfortable rooms and the hospitality
The staff was polite, informative, and even would even chat with us. They made the stay very relaxing. The hotel is walking distance from everything available in down town. best location ever.
I wish they would have told us that our 13th floor room with a window would look out to a balcony that I couldn't get to. no view of Sun Dance Square and now balcony access.
Great Location next to Sun Dance Square, Price was reasonable for the area and location.
Hotel was a little hard to find, Parking was awful. Wanted an extra $30 to valet park, or self park a couple of blocks away and carry your baggage. Also, the Hotel clerk told me that they didn't serve breakfast because they are a Historic Hotel? Didn't understand what that was suppose to mean. Took many liberties with pictures posted online.
Nice poeple !
staff at counter must have had a bad day not to friendly. Nicer at checkout.
From the moment we contacted this hotel and spoke with their staff, we were impressed. Everyone was so friendly - Robert, William, Jean and Jermaine all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were helpful at every turn. I would highly recommend this property - clean, comfortable, and great location!
