The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, nestled in a historic building with a magnificent view of downtown. The room is newly remodeled, neat, and the bathroom is large. The beds are very comfy. The staff are genuinely friendly and the location is favorable.

I was pleased with great service. I was offered a room with lovely views of downtown. Everything was nice, but a few employees where aggressive. The location was marvellous for walking around Sundance Square.

The 18th-floor room had stunning views and was beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the elevators were quick. Self-parking was convenient and affordable.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
